Join Ye Old Towne Lebanon Militia for a living history event that portrays what camp life was like for Patriot troops during the Siege of Boston

Location: Huntington Homestead Museum, 36 Huntington Road (Route 14), Scotland, CT (Free parking onsite)

Step into a Patriot militia camp during the Siege of Boston!
- Watch armed militiamen from Ye Olde Towne Lebanon Militia and learn about Revolutionary firearms
- See soldiers drilling and firing their muskets
- Discover the vital role of the fife and drum in camp life
- Meet a Patriot surgeon and a Native American trader
- Experience the sights and smells of camp cooking
- Watch children drill with wooden muskets, following the 1764 manual of arms
Free tours throughout the day of the historic Huntington Homestead Museum, c. 1715, birthplace of Samuel Huntington, signer of the Declaration of Independence and President of the United States in Congress Assembled.
